The University of Rwanda (UR), informs all students of a new fees structure for undergraduate programmes, effective from academic year 2016/17. The following should be noted;1. New students shall pay the revised fees as indicated in the fees structure.2. The terms of existing contracts with BRD for continuing students remain unchanged.3. Continuing private and partially sponsored students shall pay the revised tuition fees. The new payment plan by installment shall be communicated.4. Students repeating a year shall pay administrative fees and tuition fees per credit. In case where the payment per credit exceeds the annual tuition fees, then the lesser of the two will be charged to the student.The detailed revised fees structure is published on the website.
