The University of Rwanda (UR), is pleased to announce that it will hold its 3 rd Graduation Ceremony on Friday 29 th July 2016 at AMAHORO STADIUM. The following information should be noted;1. All Colleges will graduate at the same Ceremony.2. Graduation gowns will be issued from 25 th -28 th July 2016 Kigali. Details of the location shall be provided by respective Colleges.3. Each graduand will be required to pay 10,000 frw non refundable, to hire a gown.4. Gowns must be returned to the University not later than Friday 5 th August, 2016.Failure to return the gown on the above date will lead to a fine of 50,000 frw. The University reserves the right to withhold the Degree certificate in cases of nonpayment of the fine.5. Each graduand will be allowed to bring two guests. ACCESS CARDS with detailed programme will be issued with the gowns.
