Call for Application for Scholarship for a Masters Programme in Digital Libraries and Information Services at The School of Library and Information Science, University of Boras, Sweden
The University of Rwanda under its cooperation with the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) wishes to recruit two students to undertake a Masters programme in Digital Libraries and Information services at the University of Boras in Sweden for the academic year 2016/2017
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME: 2 years
MODE : Distance Learning
ELIGIBILITY
- Rwandan Citizen and permanent member of UR staff
- Bachelors degree holder (480 credits according to Rwandan system, or 180 EC credits (HP)according to the Swedish system) in Library and Information Science or the Equivalent in humanities, social science and natural science.
- English proficient or have a university degree from a university where the medium of instruction is English.
- Be ready to continue working with UR after completion of the studies for the duration of two years.
INTERESTED APPLICANTS ARE TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
- An application for scholarship for masters programme in Digital Libraries and Information Services the University of Boras in Sweden
- A certified copy of the a bachelors degree with a transcript ( a list of courses taken)
- A letter of recommendation from the line manager
- A current CV
