ICT Yacu Project Making a Difference

There are many people who have never switched on a computer and are only vaguely aware of the Internet and its uses. Many of these people would like to know more about computers and the internet but lack the resources or may feel that it's too late for them to learn. If that sounds like someone you know, this program was designed to support people such as these.

University of Rwanda's College of Science and Technology partnered with International Computer Driver's Licence (ICDL Africa) - the world's leading computer skills certification organization and AIESEC - one of the world’s largest providers of high-calibre youth talent and volunteers to execute its ICT Yacu Project geared at sensitizing surrounding communities about ICT essentials as this will prove useful in their day-to-day activities.
