The University of Rwanda informs the public that it would like to recruit qualified administrative staff to fill the following positions:

1 Advisor to Vice chancellor Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Science, Economics, Business Administration (Management), Human Resource Management, Educational Sciences and Social Sciences with 3 years of working experience or A0 in the above subjects with 5 years working experience. 1
2 Advisor to the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research Master’s Degree in Education Sciences, Public Administration with 3 years of working experience or A0 in the above subjects with 5 years working experience. 1
3 Executive Assistant to the Principal, CASS, CBE, CE and CST Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Administration, Business Administration (Management), Human Resource Management, Management or Education Sciences with 3 years working experience or A0 in the above subjects with 5 years working experience. 4
4 College Registrar, CASS, CAVM and CBE Master's Degree in Education Sciences, Human Resource Management or A0 in the above field with at least 3 years working experience in higher education institution. 3
5 Director of Student Welfare Unit CAVM and Rukara Campus Masters or A0 in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Sociology, Education Management or Clinical Physiology with at least 2 years in similar positions. 2
6 Director of Estate Management & facilities Unit , CAVM, CE, Gikondo Campus, Nyarugenge Campus and Nyagatare Campus Masters or Equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environment Engineering and Sanitations, Alternative Energy or A0 in the above field with at least 2 years of working experience in Building Construction and Facilities/Asset Management and proof of Rwanda Civil Engineering Association membership 5

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Deep understanding on educational policies implementation,
• High level analytical skills,
• Coordination, planning and organizational skills,
• Report writing, presentation and Leadership skills,
• Computer literate,
• Interpersonal, effective communication and administrative skills,
• Time management and team working skills,
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.
